The following is an overview of the services we are qualified and equipped to provide;

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• MEDIATION – we can readily provide AMINZ trained mediators to work through issues with the parties and to explore options to settlement,
• CONCILLIATION- working with both parties individually to inform and manage successful dispute resolution outcomes,
• SETTLEMENT AGREEMENTS – representing one party in the settlement of complex disputes and achieving successful outcomes that allow both parties to work collaboratively to complete the project.

ENGINEER (to the Contract)

Appointment by the Client to act independently of the Client’s project manager and to diligently administer and resolve disputes before matters escalate to adjudication, arbitration etc.

CONTRACTUAL CLAIMS

The preparation, presentation and negotiation of extension of time/ disruption/ loss of production claims for main/ sub contractors, OR

The review, analysis and negotiation of contractual claims for Clients.

ADJUDICATION

The preparation and submission of formal documentation in respect of adjudications under the Construction Contracts Act, OR

The review and analysis of adjudication documentation and the preparation of rebuttal documentation in respect of adjudications under the Construction Contracts Act.

CLIENT REPRESENTATION

Appointment by Clients to oversee the completion of projects which have encountered issues in respect of achieving completion.

PROCUREMENT

Provision of advice on procurement options and the preparation of contracts for the appointment of consultants and contractors.

BID MANAGEMENT

Assistance with the preparation and management of tender submissions.

PROJECT/ DESIGN MANAGEMENT

Providing Project and/or Design Management Services across a wide range of sectors.
